Please note that custom-sized outfits, wigs that have been trimmed, and intimate items are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Uwowo account and navigate to your order history to submit a return request or contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item.
Quality Review
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to verify that the costume or accessory meets our return eligibility criteria and is free from makeup stains or styling alterations.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, carefully pack the item in its original branded bag and outer box, ensuring all accessories like vision gems, belts, or headpieces are included.
Shipment and Refund
Ship the package back to our warehouse using a tracked service; your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the goods.
